Welcome to Blackmarket Tattoo Airlie Beach, the third location of the Blackmarket Tattoo Co brand and the first studio outside of the Gold Coast. Our tattoo shop in Airlie Beach was first envisioned by one of our owners while on holiday in the region, inspired by the stunning scenery, friendly people, and overall holiday vibe.
While there are some tattoo studios in the Whitsunday area, we quickly realised a need for a wider range of tattoo artists. Our studio is known for providing high-quality tattoos in a broad range of styles, including fine line tattooing, traditional, neo-traditional, colour realism, black and grey, geometric and dot work, abstract, blackwork, custom script, and more. Our goal is to provide the highest quality experience for our clients, with a safe and comfortable studio space, excellent customer service, and modern amenities.
We’re excited to announce that we will be opening with three resident artists, co-owners Hans Lasar, Paulo “Pabz” Vega, and Nate Kennedy. Together, the team has a long history of tattooing experience, bringing vast and varied styles and artistic qualities to our studio. In addition to our already talented team, we are excited to host highly skilled tattoo artists from our broad network to do guest spots in our Airlie Beach location.
